This is a great place, unlike anything in Pigeon Forge...Clean and great lobby and patio, let along the outdoor pool, my kids loved it. Going back this fall...can't wait.

The lobby was beautiful with the huge fireplace and comfy chairs. The beds were great.For me to wake up without a backache was amazing. The grandchildren loved it and want to go back as soon as we can. The location is excellent. The view is great. I cant say enough about the place and I have stayed in many high end hotels all over U.S.

By trying to look past the snobbish service, it only got worse. Foremost, I was fooled by internet being wireless; it was not. Was very important to my work. Secondly, no directory book in room; when requested one (for checkout info, pool info, etc.) front desk replied it would be to much hassle to get one and brushed us off! I tried to relax in ...

I'm going back for my third visit in a couple of weeks! The rooms are clean, large, quite and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to relax. Breakfast is good. But, the feature that keeps bringing me back is the view!! In October, we stayed in a balcony room overlooking the river and mountains. Having a cup of coffee on my balcony is one of the highlights of my trips to the Smokeys!!

i love to stay there we like the lazy river and the indoor pool .because it is open 24 hrs. and we like the out door pool because thay are so warm . and the people are friendy. but i wish thay would drop there prices .gail wv

We spent the night here in 06 we loved it!! we wished we would have booked the whole trip there instead of just the night!!! Definately will go back!!

Large double queen rooms that are very clean and have a nice view? Check!

Excellent pool with slides and lazy river for the kids? Check!

The only complaint that I would have about the hotel is that it is a tad pricier than I prefer to pay for a hotel that doesn't have an included full breakfast...but that is a minor complaint.

Overall, we enjoyed it enough to book a second night.

We spent our 50th wedding anniversary at Music Road Hotel. It was one of the best trips we have ever had. It snowed and the view from the hotel balcomy was breath taking. Have been back a couple of times since and "dying" to go again. Maybe for our 75th, eh.
