The hotel is very run down - the rooms are dirty and tired looking, the bedside lamp shade was ripped/torn, the fabric headboard was filthy with old greasy stains where heads had been resting, the bedding was old and needs to be replaced, the blind in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t stay open, we had a ‘suite’ which included a ...

The Park Plaza is a great business hotel becuase they have nice rooms, good service, are within walking distance to Sandton City / Square and has FREE WIFI.
While the hotel itself is adequate as a three star, the WIFI, business center, great location and friendly service compel me to give it four stars.
