We really enjoyed our stay in Hutchinson, mainly because the staff was so helpful and the location is awesome. Our room was very clean and so were the common areas. We have stayed at the other hotels in town and they are dark and creepy. The pool was immaculate and not freezing like the others we visited. We will definately stay again.

As a business traveler I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Free snacks and cookies during the week are a plus too. Their corporate rate is the best in town and their internet speed is awesome. It had been recently painted and I had new carpet in my room. I'll come back for sure!

I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel. I could not believe the management at this place talk about RUDE!!!!! The house keeping was the best part about IT.
They were at least nice and helpful....I don't know who own's this place but get rid of your manager!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I overheard the manager yelling at his employees and in general he wss very rude. As for the housekeeping people they were very good at their jobs as well as very nice and helpful. We have stayed at many hotels and they were the BEST. One of the persons that worked in maintance there was very nice and helpful.

I was really worried about staying here after the 2 negative reviews. Must have been a fluke, though. This place was awesome. We had a housekeeper that helped us anytime we needed it -- was very friendly young lady. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us. In fact, this was awesome and to think we didn't have to pay for the room. We received this as a prize from a local charity.

I wasn't sure I wanted to reserve our rooms after reading the two negative reviews, but we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel. We had excellent, coureous service-the staff went above and beyond. They made photo copies of directions for us, lent me a lint brush, etc. The rooms were clean and spacious.

ME and my husband came and they said it was a clean room and we went in and there were hairs in the bed and the housekeepers kept on knocking on are doors when we had please do not disturb sign on the door... The front desk people were very polite and nice though....
