The service was the BEST.Employee Frank went out of his way to make my stay pleasant.Coming from Florida,I was very tired,Frank put me into a larger room so I can pratice my Yoga.He noticed I had food-he brought a refrigator to my room.Also,gave great advice on day trips.Thats Frank, for the special attention!

Bell service may exist but it was not offered. My room was on the second floor and I wrenched my back trying to get my suitcase up the stairs (no elevators for the villas).

There was basically NO ROOM SERVICE! Apparently a rain storm flooded the kitchen and the health department would not let them cook in the kitchen. So instead, they have buffet style eating.
