Loved it!I was greated by the Valet and then the bellman who was amazing! He was so pleasant and showed us around the restaurant and introduced us to the chef. He also offered places to get pedicures and would get the numbers. He made us feel so welcome! I would suggest this to anyone staying in columbus!OVERALL

Worth Every CentThe rooms are very nice -- just like the photos, only better because you're there. Bathrooms are among the nicest I've had in a hotel. And the beds are amazing! My only complaint is that with such a dream-like, comfortable bed, the pillows were a bit of a disappointment.

New Orleans Business TravelerI travel on business typically three times a week. This hotel impressed me. Not the product of a typical Renaissance (pre-renovation right now) but the service was excellent. Great Pasta Buffet daily and the Elite/Marriott Rewards members get extra special attention from the entire staff. They are under reno soon. One of the Best Hotels in ColumbusThe Renaissance has had a long history of having different names and owners--The Sheraton, The Adams' Mark.... THINK TWICE!!First, I made reservations directly with property a month ahead, they assured they would have 2 queen beds and a smoking room. I get to the hotel first no have no self service parking only valet for 22 a day, then when I go to check in they have NO smoking or NO rooms with 2 queen beds.
