We liked the friendly service and the size of the Casino. Not so large that we would lose each other.

No doubt the orleans is a good value hotel, but this is also the catch. Good food, great variety, great gaming, nice people. You could stay here and never leave the place. And the $$$ are right. When I go back, I'm staying at The Orleans. Pick a week or night when they have a good act at the auditorium.

Although the casino was clean and welcoming, I felt the shuttle service to the strip was not scheduled as frequently as I would have liked and when you were returning to the hotel via shuttle, the line ups were long and people were upset as they would have been in line first and ultimately miss the shuttle due to inconsiderate passengers.

On arrival late at night on 28 December the registration staff were polite, helpful and eager to ensure we had everything we needed.

I loved the bathroom -- it was so spacious. Traveling with a girlfriend, it gave us plenty of room to get ready without bumping into each other. The room was comfortable, with two queen beds, a sofa and chair to relax in. The restaurants on property were wonderful. Staff was helpful and I especially liked the security. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!

They did everything they could to make a great place for a vacation. They cupons they gave out were great! I bowled so much my arm got tired. They had nothing but first run movies. They had a great buffet and wonderful gaming.
