I found the front desk staff not only friendly but very helpful. My room was ver comfortable and clean. I could not have asked for more, well......maybe a microwave to go with the other appliances provided ( : It was easy to find and fairly close to EVERYTHING. I will not hesitate to use this hotel again. I will recomend to others. Beautiful!!!!!!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

MY HUSBAND STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ON JULY 27 & 28.WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE KEY TO OUR ROOM DIDN'T WORK (2ND FLOOR), SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET ANOTHER KEY. FINALLY THE KEY WORKED BUT THE ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. WE WERE SO EMBARRESSED, AND THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK ACT LIKE IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL-- NO APOLOGY FROM HER JUST A KEY TO ANOTHER ...

We stopped in on Dec. 10th. on our way to Alabama. We had a great time, everything was positive, the room, service,etc. It was in a good spot to finding a nice restaurant. We will be returning in June on our way back North.

I don't know about all the mattresses in the hallway and bad smells. We had very friendly service and the room was very clean, comfortable and smelled fresh too. Overall an excellent experience at this Best Western.

MY WIFE AND I JUST STAYED THERE ON APRIL 7 & 8, 2006. WE HAD A KING SIZED ROOM. THE STAFF MADE THE CHECK IN AND OUT EASY. WHEN WE WENT UP TO OUR ROOM, OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED INSIDE, OH MY GOSH. THE SMELL WAS SO BAD, I THOUGHT I WAS IN A GYM. IT SMELLED LIKE BODY ORDOR. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK IF WE COULD BE MOVED TO ANOTHER NON-SMOKING ...

I had the worst stay here! One front desk girls was very nice the other lady there was snotty. I payed way too much but it was late and I was driving all day. The room wasn't that clean great the remote was broken couldn't find a channel guide. The room felt damp and smelled funny. The bed sheets also felt damp (both beds) The next morning ...

This hotel is terrible. The rooms stink so bad you cant hardly breathe in there. There were mattresses all over the place up and down every hallway. This is by far the nastiest place I have ever stayed.
