Salida fall color tour

We stayed at the Econolodge again. This time, we went on a fall color tour.

Nice motel on the edge of town
By Monarch Guy, 08/09/05
This is a nice quiet motel on the edge of town. Set off the highway, with no other motels nearby. A short walk to 7-11 for snacks.
Good parking and clean rooms. There are also suites here, we will get one of these next time. Outdoor hot tub was great, but summer is too hot to sit in a hot tub.

Nicely located motel

We were in town for three days of snowmobiling and fishing, which were great. We stayed at the Econo Lodge for three nights. Good price, and quite rooms. Right next to a great Mexican restaurant, and near 7-11 for snacks.
Too many people in the hot tub, but otherwise, a great place. The free internet stuff could make it easy to work a bit on vacation.
