    food was OK if you only had Libyan soup and bread.

    Rooms where either too hot (summer) Very cold (winter)

    The place was,or maybe now still is falling down.

    So many reasons!!
    The service is so awful, beds are old and crumbly, add to that dirty rooms, unrelaxing atmosphere, unsatisfying food...etc.
