This hotel was really creepy, circa 1970. First, it is poorly lit and unfortunately it doesn't appear to be a very nice part of town. Second, there are bugs (roaches actually) so if you are squeemish beware! To their credit, the staff seemed accomodating and helpful. We just stayed there as an overnight stop-off on the way to Durgano, so for one night (actually about four hours) it was fine. Would not recommend an extended stay!

We stayed during the balloon fiesta in October. We broke out in itchy welts within two days and could not figure out what was causing the rash. Came home and with a little web searching and visit to the doctor discovered the room had bedbugs. I saw them in the bathroom but did not know what they were. Notified management with no success. the staff was less than helpful, in fact the desk clerk doodled on her paper the entire time I was talking to her and she was just waiting for me to disappear. The room had broken equipment, headboard, shower rod. Check out was long and incorrect. Everything was a bother to the staff. I felt as we were such an inconvience for them for out 3 day stay.
