Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Had a problem with buffet charges showing up triple for one night on my bill at check-out and front desk staff was unable to help resolve - was told I could go to buffet and speak to Manager there. Not sure if I will stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. The service was good, and the employees were polite. The casino was great because they give great deals, the buffet was excellent. Overall this casino and the hotel was excellent.

The Buffet is exellent most of the time. Sometimes on very busy weekends they cook chicken, fish, and other meats ahead of time and keep them in a warming cabinet. While this may help them keep up with the crowd, it does drop the quality of the food. However, overrall--Good Selection and Good Food.

My husband and I stay in the Hollywood Casino Hotel several times a year. My children are in their 30's and they go to the Hollywood also. My stay in Hotel has always been enjoyable. Everything is very convenient. I enjoy the casino so much because it has the games we enjoy playing.

the decor is fabulas. the staff is curtious, and the golf course was beautiful i am planning on coming back to see it for the first time.

I have stayed there at least 4 times in last few months. After gambling twice, I started gettting free nights (including weekends). Rooms are very very nice, and staff goes out of their way to help you. Their restaurant serving steaks is awesome.. Enjoy

This is one of the nicest casinos around, before Hurricane Katrina we visited there at least once a month. The food was great and the service was excellent. They treat you right, after a short while we were getting free rooms, how much more could you ask for.

Casino Magic Bay Towers was always our favorite place to go. We live in Florida and came to Bay St. Louis- Casino Magic once or twice a month. We are excited that it's back. Just a great place to stay. It is nice staying inside the casino facility and having such great places to eat.
