Not up to standardI was very disappointed with my stay here. I travel weekly and have always chosen Hampton. But on my next trip to Crestview, I will not stay here. I was suppose to have a room with a microwave and refrigerator, it did not. The room also smelled musky. The best part of the stay was the bed, very comfortable.Was this review helpful? It works...The hotel is attractive from the outside. I love the front desk service and the room was clean. My disappointment is this motel was listed as a hotel when booked. I travel extensively and was not pleased with the room in comparison to other Hampton Inn rooms I have stayed in over the last year.

Easy on easy off I-10My mother and I absolutely loved our stay here so much, we didn't want to leave.The beds and pillows were more comfortable than ours at home.
