the room was cleaned but had strong smell of mildew. it was worse with a/c on.

We thought it was very nice and the people really helped us when we needed it . Also it had a free breakfast and popcorn. The night desk person was very nice.

My bed and bedding smelled like fould body odor. The entire place was only midly clean and needed severe updating. I am traveling abck to Elgin for a week conference and would never stay here again.
I spoke with the front desk staff and they did nothing to accomodate me

Everything was great. We were attending a Willowcreek Conference and they were very accommodating. Internet Access was very nice, as well clean and comfortable rooms.

The girl at the check in desk was rude, and it took her a while to check us in. She became irritated when she couldn't understand our check-in reservations. Once we were checked in though, we found the rooms very clean, and we were surprised at the quality for the price. The breakfast was good and the lobby is great for groups. I'd go back, in hopes that they train their staff a bit more in the art of courtesy.
