The Pier is right across the street. The staff at the hotel was very professional. The pool was great. There is a tiki bar at the pool and the service was better then some 4 star resorts I've stayed in. There is a private bay out back of the pool that is very tranquil. I will be going back. I

Had reservations for 7/4/07. I can only speak of room 121 since we walked in and walked back to check-in and demanded a refund! Problems upon first sight:
1. Hugh brown stains on filthy, warn carpet
2. Furniture was old and cheap looking
3. Tiniest Queen size beds I have ever seen. Had to be doubles in my opinion.

It was stinky and not clean.
The bath tub and floor was filty. We had stayed there in 2004 and it was okay.The elevater and laundry smeed bad.

Overall, the service is good. Close to the beach too. The payment is worth for the location and services. More important, the party on Pensacola beach at Memorial weekend is really fun. What will you feel while you walk on the beach, sit in the tent, watch all brothers and sisters passing by, play the kites in the blue sky, listen the XM radio.... I love Pensacola Beach.

The hotel is across the street from the beach and was a good hotel, but nothing fancy. It was a place to crash after the sun went down.
