A very nice hotel for the price. The Staff ( Front Desk & Bell Boys ) were very friendly, accommodating & can speak very good English. My room was very clean. There is a small Shop ctr ( Holguines Trade Ctr ) connected to the hotel. It has an internet cafe for internet & phone calls.

This hotel is excellent. Comfortable, secure, convenient, good service, good restaurants. Easy walk to lots of shopping and professional services. Nicest hotel I have stayed at in Cali.

it was AWESOME and i liked it a lot because everybody there was very nice to me and to all the other guests and it was Super clean and i liked it a lot.

Everything was pretty much excellent. I was very comfortable with the services in all areas. I have recommended this hotel to people who ask me about a nice place to stay in Cali .

Don't fly Continental!

When we arrived in Cali, Colombia (CLO) it was very hot and there was a
crush of people. About 20 of us did not get our bags. I counted
about 30 bags that did arrive with our flight that had tags on them with
the previous day's date. No-one claimed them.

Clearly, Continental "bumped" our bags ...

Dislike? Nothing at all

Lovely place, people, food, rooms and service outstanding. Near shopping, restaurants, The hotel have the best seafood restaurant in town.

Oh man I love that this hotel was wheelchair accessible seems how I have had my legs broken since 1995 because I got into a car crash, It's a really nice hotel. I plan to visit in the near future!

Great place to say. Great people, and a great location. Everyone was very helpful, and the place was very clean. I was there for 15 days. DO NOT take taxi from Hotel, just around the block, you pay less then half. Shopping and food is very close, and you can buy a lot of at the supermarket. That's where I bought all the candy and drinks for gifts. Overall the place to stay while in Cali, you get what you pay.

Service was excelent, breakfast was so delicious &food in general, every body is so kind so friendly. the room was so neat. The location is perfect just close to Unicentro shopping mall
