NOT HONEST EMPLOYEESI STAYED AT THE DAY'S INN IN YUMA AND STAYED IN ROOM 125 AND WHEN I WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE ROOM THE NEXT MORNING I LEFT MY SILVER ROSERY IN THE NIGHT STAND AND I CALLED THE FRONT DESK FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW AND LET THEM KNOW IF THEY CAN CHECK WITH HOUSEKEEPING TO SEE IF THEY FOUND IT AND I NEVER GOT IN ANSWER FINALLY ON FRIDAY I CALLED THE HOTEL ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Dishonored reservations and unauthorized chargesafter making reservations months in advance we checked in only to have the manager tell us we must have made a mistake. We were given the room at the rate quoted, after check out we were charged the additional $20 per night. We made multiple reservations for 3 stays in 3 months.
