This is a very nice hotel. A little older but very kept up and very clean. It has an awesome view. Very close to the Grand Canyon, Zion Park, and Bryce Canyon. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Plan on going back in June.
We used this hotel as home-base for two nights while visiting Zion and Grand Canyon. We found the staff to be cordial and efficient. The room was clean. The kids loved the pool and the view from the pool area was really nice. Our room was as requested: non-smoking with refrigerator.

After a 7 hr drive, I checked into my reserved "non" smoking room only to find that it smelled like an ashtray. Staff offered me an ionizer. While the location is beautiful, the hotel is a nightmare. We had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs to our room, which was less than impressive. The A/C didn't work well, and by the time we got back to our hotel that evening and tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. We were told a tour bus came in and used it all!
