Very Clean

unlike the other hotels in the area this one was very clean, i saw housekeeping getting NEW blankets and pillows and it smelled very fresh and clean

We arrived at the hotel at 5 minutes to 3 and the room was still being made up. The clerks were unfriendly and one stated to the other, "I can see that it's going to be one of those days" right in front of us. Then both days, that we stayed there, housekeeping knocked on our door before 9am asking for our towels and garbage cans. We ...

I thought it was clean comfortable and I enjoyed the in room hot tubs. Nice and romantic. Not bad for room rates and clean pool, nice staff. Would stay there again.

The bathtub shower tile had a layer of dust/dirt along the top of it. The lampshades were covered in dust. Called room service for extra pillows and had to go get them myself from the frontdesk. Was awoken each morning at nine by housekeeping. There was no "Do not disturb" sign for use.
