From the time that I arrived, service was the focus. I was well taken care of from the bellman to housekeeping. The sushi was outstanding and my room was classically done, not like some trebdy "wannabe" hotels.

I highly recommend it.

I am in the the U.S. Air Force. every time that I go home to see my family I stop there to stay. The thing that i really like about this motel is how close it is to my families house. They also have the best quality for a luxury hotel.

We loved the Grand. It was very accomodating and lovely. The service for a wedding was WONDERFUL! All the servers were thoughtful, very, very quick, and very interested in providing a wonderful atmosphere of celebration. The room we stayed in was full of "lovely little thoughtful things" which made the stay there twice as nice.

This hotel is in an old building downtown and has concrete walls. No need to worry about doors slamming in the hallway or your neighbor being loud and obnoxious (or YOU). I didn't hear a peep out of anyone on our floor and I am a terribly light sleeper. The room was great. The restaurants/bars top notch.

Very convenient to downtown business district (on the skyway), wonderful amenities and service, and most importantly, likely the best health club in Minneapolis comes free along with your hotel room.

My husband and I stayed here one night the very first night we were married. We eloped and two of the staff were nice enough to be wittnesses at the city hall down the street. Great bath! Loved the Aveda toilettries. Would stay there again! The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel maid kept walking in on us (three times I think) our first night together!!!

Nice, beautiful a great place to relax. Easy access to downtown.
