I liked the way everyone was so helpful, the hotel was clean and location was excellent. We were able to walk to the resturants which was very nice. It is near all the action of Peigon Forge and Gatlinburg without all the traffic.

The Hotel info I recieved on Yahoo was 100% correct. The Hotel was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and an over all a good experience. Compared to other hotels the price might be a little high, but I'd rather pay more for a GREAT experience than less for a bad one.

My daughter stayed there during Winterfest 2005.The rooms were very clean and spacious.The staff was friendly and very helful.There breakfast was very good better than most .The internet connections was very good.

Everytime we visit the area we always try to stay here. We tried the other Fairfields Inns in Gatlinburg but they are no match to the one in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville.
