Family owned and run place. Clean, great service, on-site parking, well run establishment. They do a terrific job to provide a great value for the area. On Lincoln - near Washington -- convenient for Venice, Santa Monica and the airport -- perfect for me. There is a refrigerator in your room, there is high speed internet access, and there is cable tv. I return often.
