I'll Be Back Next Summer!

Great place to meet new friends, lounge around the pool during the day, go to tea daily-if you get an oceanside room you can watch the crowds from your balcony. The pool got a heater this summer and I hear they are getting airconditioning for next summer. The staff, especially the bartenders are the best!

The boat slip may not be the Hilton but if you are gay and looking for a fun time with other guys, this is the place. It is a bit expensive but well worth the social possiblities. The staff consists of very nice young men :) We usually book the boat slip for thursday-saturday and then spend a few days at a less costly hotel down the street.

Way overpriced
no AC
Old and moldy
closet size bathroom
they do recycling every day at 5-6 am and wake every one up
they will tell you one price on the phone and it goes up when you arrive

My partner and I have been to the Boatslip at least once a year for the past 4 years and love it every time we go. Can't beat the location, the tea dances, the staff, and the glorious harbour views. The view and location are great. For the prices they need to invest some back into the resort. The rooms are dated and don't have AC. Also no internet access except wireless in the lobby. Overrated for the price.

Great T-dance 4-7 daily, but you don't need to stay here to go. Maybe because I am from Florida, but I thought it odd that a beautiful hotel like this does not have air conditioned rooms. That really ruined it for me. Recently stayed at Admiral's landing in one of the cottages....we loved it!

The Boatslip is one of the Premiere places to stay in Provincetown, in my opinion, for the fun gay man. The rooms are nice clean, above-average hotel rooms...but with this place you get so much more!! The location is central to all. You get free admission to T-Dances every day and the club at night. You get a pool and extra large back sun deck ...
