Very disappointing. Thought we were getting classier room. Phone didn't work, charged for internet, pool too small for resort, 19 inch TVs, only took cash at resort dining and amenities, could tell you what the folks upstairs were talking about,dirty dishes at check in, dryer ran three times to get a load done, missing faceplate on electric plug, no shower in master suite, hot tub filthy. Need I say more?

I arrive a day late due to flat tires on the way. When I walked into the room- the floors had jelly and kool-aide all over the carpet, the beds were not made, trash wasn't taken out, etc. So, I went back to the front desk and told them how disgusted I was. nothing except location. Everything that the resort was itself responsible for was seriously lacking. Many problems with room. Obvious neglect of essential systems. GHETTO would be my word to describe this mess. Save yourself much agravation and STAY AWAY. Of course if you like a vaction full of hassles and problems with people telling you they are working on it until you leave, then this is the place for you!
