    Sort of a straight-ahead independent motel. Two stories, newish rooms, clean, etc. Nothing really wong with it; nothing really excetional. No breakfast offered & not within walking distance of much.

    Overall a decent value. I'd check other properties in Glendale or Burbank and you might find a comperable value
