Old, rickety hotel not worth the steep price of a room. Room was small and bed uncomfortable. Both bar and dining room were overpriced. Expect to spend a lot of time waiting for both a bar or dinner item. When dinner finally came one order was wrong, another order had undercooked seafood and the third order was tasteless.

Old California Architecture - 49er style!

This hotel is renovated to look like it would have during a pristine Gold Rush. Nothing fancy, but the premiere hotel in the Groveland / Pine Lake area Just up the street are teeepees, where the kids can stay. Just down the street is the Silver Dollar Saloon, the oldest operating bar in California (according to the sign out front). Downtown ...
