I spent my first night in a room so small I could sit on the toilet and brush my teeth at the wash basin. That room was so small the bathroom door opened against the bed and there was no place to put your luggage. The room also had a moldy odor.
Once I was able to change rooms everything was fine.

The service was outstanding. We had some problems with the bed and housekeeping was right there to set it straight. The room was a little on the muggy side but its expected for Ireland. This hotel was great, right in the city center. There are gift shops and pubs right outside the door. From our room you could see mountains and 2 cathedrals. The only downfall was the shower did not work well, the water would cut out if there were other rooms with the shower on. But the location more than makes up for the shower. The food was really good. I would definently stay here again!

I have stay here a number of times and have always found everything to my liking. An excellent value with a great location.
