The furnishings are OLD and the public rooms are ill lighted. However, the food is plentiful and a bit above average and the staff is experienced and attempts to please.
There are other hotels in he same chain located within a 1/2 mile that boast similar charges, but are newer and more upscale in amenities.

Just returned from three weeks at this hotel which is 4 Star for this area--perhaps 3 Star in the U.S. Hotel is OK but be aware that this the land of the living dead--I'm 67 years old and it was hard to find people in their 60's. Mostly 75 years and up.
