This hotel has a beautiful lobby, and a beautiful place on the roof to dine, and that is it. What an uncooperative staff, air conditioner barely worked, not outstanding for the money paid for this place--go someplace else. We just returned and would never consider it again. Venice smells and is overcrowded and Italilans are simply RUDE---glad to be home

I really enjoyed the location of your hotel but i felt that it could have been much cleaner and better kept for have been givin a four star rating and for the price but for the most part i enjoyed my stay and i plan on coming back to visit venice sometime in the near future. 'Thanks"

The Danieli experience was a pure disaster ..

The service was deplorable ...the food was average at best ...the decor was tired and jaded ...the hotel was dirty and unloved..

I strongly advise you do not stay here unless you want to be ripped off and made feel like a inconvenience ...

Its expensive but worth it. Our room was much larger than in any other european hotel we stayed at. The furnishing were elegant, with Murano glass light fixtures. It has a private boat and dock at your disposal. Staff was helpful. Central location is an added bonus

Great location. Easy water taxi access, drop off at door vs. walking like some hotels. Beautiful lobby. View from hotel rooms are good. Very clean. Hotel staff a bit snotty (maids were great though). Rooms were average but a bit bigger for Europe.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had an amazing view of the canals being right on the waterfront. It was evidently a former palace - and that is the way it felt when we stayed there.

They must be joking!! This is AT BEST a 3 star hotel......and a badly managed one at that. With all due apologies to those who wrote good reviews of this dump.....I can only wonder if you may have been caught up in the undeniable romance of Venice.....and been blinded to the astoundingly bad service and room quality of this vastly overated and ...
