This hotel was the nicest we stayed at in Italy. The hotel was clean spacious, with excellent views and a quality restaurant. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant and made the stay enjoyable. It was a nice day so we took a long walk to the city. Don't try this if you have feet or heart problems or you dont like walking up hills. But the hotel was a great value and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I reserved a room for three, but upon arrival, I was told that the reservation was for only two. I had to pay an extra $36 per night for our child. Every thing had an extra charge.. want eggs with breakfast, an extra charge. Want a towel or lounge by the pool, an extra charge.
