Family of 4 Room - Excellent Choice!First off I have to say this was a perfect place for a family! We chose the Best Western Phoenix because of all the other wonderful comments I read about it in the Trip Advisor and we certainly were not disappointed! Good London ExperienceMy Best Western Phoenix Hotel experience was a good one. When I first arrived in London, I was pleased that the Phoenix staff was helpful even over the phone when granting directions to the hotel from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, my room was ready before the listed 3:00 pm check in time.

Good location & not much elseThis hotel is well located, just five minutes from a tube station & a ten-minute walk from Kensington Gardens & Baywater Road. My family had the misfortune of a basement room, however, on the street side, which not only lacked privacy, but could not be accessed with luggage when the dining room was open.
