Excellent, Excellent, Excellent...We have stayed here at least 4 times...they are great. The place is lovely, full of old world charm, and new world amenities. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet is to die for!!! The location is perfect for walking around the town, the square is closeby and shops abound. Absolutely fantasticClausings is the best place to stay in Garmisch! The location is perfect, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is perfect. The view is tremendous. The only thing to watch out for is parking and the late-night music from Peaches next door. Honeymoon ParadiseMy wife Christine and I spent our honeymoon here, and every day was special. The history of the hotel was quite apparent. It was very charming and down-to-earth. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a pleasant change from the big glitzy impersonal places I am used to in America. I would certainly love to return.
