This hotel is now Hotel Alba, and is government owned, lots of cuban tourists

I travel a lot with work and have stayed in a combination of nice cheap places, bad cheap places, nice expensive places and the Hilton, Caracas (expensive, bad).

It's an old hotel and it shows (not in the classy sense).

i wouldnt have a doubt about staying at a Hilton hotel.It was a pleasant experience. the room service made me feel like a Queen. the ladies working there were so formal and well trained.

I enjoyed my stay at the Caracas Hilton. The service was friendly. The room was well maintained and clean. The restaurant options were good for a mainstream hotel although the vegetarian options were limited. Excelent Hotel, great facilities and services. Confortable rooms, friendly staff and located near to the airport. Coozy and large pool, well kept and maintained

Blech it was horrible!! It was no better than my 5-Star hotel. It was the worst hotel I've been to in my life. You might as well go to a cheapy motel! But I have to admit the breakfast was very nice. And so were the bathrooms. Hey, at least they didn't smell bad. I guess you could go there if you really wwant too.
