We arrived at the hotel very late in the night after a devestating 25 hour bus trip from Tarija(or was it Potosi), and not only did they accept our booking, but the brilliant 24 hour room service sent us our burgers and fries in no time flat. It was everything we needed after a torturously uncomfortable and hungry bus trip! FYI take the plane, it's worth the extra money.
