The Front desk and Cafe staff are excellent. They know the city and gave me so many suggestions for the rest of my trip. The hotel I understand is planning a remodeling... needs it, but still worth every penny. Furthermore, the location is ideal. Traffic it terrible in the city so its centralized location really shrinks travel time.

The staff in all areas of the hotel were very kind and helpful. The food in the 24 hour (big plus) restaurant was excellent. The hotel is showing its age a little bit, but the service is well worth the price. Plus, its location can't be beat. Your within walking distance of anything and everything. It was a good experience.

If you like stress upon arrival make a reservation here. They think nothing of canceling your reservation without notice. There are many other hotels in Panama City offering far better service.

The service was good, the staff friendly and helpful and honest, rooms clean, a little noisey from traffic but not so I couldn't sleep. Ideal location.
I didn't turn on the TV or use the internet so can't comment on either. The restaurant was clean and open around the clock.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The prices posted on this site are way higher than I paid so don't know what is up with that.

There is very nice place to stay, good services, excellent food, and the best location, close to malls and good restaurants... Pretty safe to walk around.

My next time, I will write them back to reserve.
