I always feel at home in the hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and courteous. The food in the restaurant is excellent and they always had our favorite table waiting for us. Though it is not in the center of town, this hotel is quiet and comfortable.

Most of the staff were bilingual and courteous to a flaw. The food was excellent and even room service was memorable.The rooms are spacious and the beds top quality. All marble bathroom with huge porcelain bath tub.

I did not like being charged for every minor amenity. They charge for local calls, the internet, etc. Also, there is no restaurants or other attractions in walking distance. The area around the hotel can be dangerous if you are not careful.

It was horible! the soap smelled like sweat and the towels had stains in them. The hotel pool had chuncks up sharp wall in the water! I could have cut myself! I wouldn't recomend it at all.

stayed over the weekend, their was so much noise from partying, band playing music past 2am,also stain on my
pillow, the manager did not help, i wouldn't go back!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel! It was great and I had a great time. But the service could of been a little better! That is all i really had a problem with. Other than that is was great! I look forward to maybe coming back when you get some better service.

i can't wait to go back for new year 2007.. this HOTEL is fabulos ,la libertad beach is aproxi..30min away the hotel pool is clean and you can order drinks and eat if you want on the pool area with lot of vejetation and a nice look af the volcano...

My stay was six days, the hotel staff was ready for our meeting, the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. The buffet contained the traditional American items and typical foods and fruits of El Salvador and Central America. Little shops lined the interior of the hotel and I enjoyed the Cigar shop, Habanos approved…......
