It was a home away from home. The only thing we would have changed was that our stay should have been longer.
The service and the cleanliness was excellent. The personnel was extremely courteous and available at all times for whatever was needed. The pricing was well within reason and the accomodations were excellent.

All the the staff are very accommodating. They are very down to earth and friendly. They will help you with anything you need until you are satisfied. It's clean, all areas are easily accessible and it's set up is beautiful. I feel safe at the Caribe, what more can you ask for. It's a wonderful experience. I'll be returning soon for my 3rd. stay.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Stayed there 4 nights in early June 2005. Room was very nice, had a few minor flaws (One fan vent screen was clogged with dust, some corrosion noticeable on some surfaces), but overall probably 4-star accomodations, given the age of the hotel and the effects of the sea air.

They have and excellent casino and lovely restaurants. The beach is very pretty and clean. The hotel is located near other hotels with diffrent restaurants, boutiques and casinos, its also very close to old San Juan its just five minutes away .

It has great rooms for formal events like weddings. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms have enough space and the bed are very comfortable.
It is located in a very good place close to other hotels, stores and casinos.

The Caribe Hilton in San Juan is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. This hotel is located on its own private peninsula with a private beach, which is very rare in san juan's limited land and multiple pools (one with a swim up bar!) The resort offered activities for all ages, The hotel rooms were all equiped with a balcony overlooking the water. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!

I was not too impressed by my room. I was on the 14 floor and there was a weird smell coming from the air conditioner. I also had a lovely view of a construction site with construction workers hollering at me if i went onto the balcony. The room reminded me more of a Holiday Inn than a Hilton.
