Rooms were upgraded, and actually pretty nice compared to some pics we saw online. Food is extremely expensive, and there really aren't options other than overpriced strange food or buffet fried but in a weeks stay never got a delicious meal, all was mediocre, except for Mortons which was excellent. Excellent service, clean rooms and many attractions nearby, this place has many shops and the spa is awesome, the staff is very helpful and corteous. El Condado is just a short cab ride away, many excellent restaurants and shops to delight the most demanding of shoppers, definitely will stay here agin.

This hotel was awesome, from the ocean to the pool everything was perfect. and the resturaunt across the street was awesome too. i love puerto rico.

We came to celebrate Valentine's day. The room was excellent. The restaraunts were outstanding. The concierge service was excellent. The pool was excellent. Transportation back and forth from Old San Juan was very convenient. A guided tour of El Yunque, the local Carribean rainforest, was a definite highlight of the trip.

The location of your hotel was very convenient. Our room and beach and the beach area was very satisfying. Your staff were very friendly. The only dissapointment was the price of your restaurant. The menu price was on the hi side.

Overall I feel this was an excellent hotel. We decided to hang out in San Juan before our Adventure of the Seas Southern Caribbean Cruise. We had a Garden View room that was good, but the older building had a unique A/C unit which drained the condensation from the ceiling. Not a problem because I was barely in the room anyway.. :)

I have stayed here a number of times. The view of the ocean is breath taking. The choice of restaurants is excellent. The staff are highly professional. The place is looked after very well. It is good value for the money.
