Horrible customer service.  Non existent concierges.  Awful experience.  Do not go there.  Not worth the money.  And they endorse Thomas More Travel, which is the worst-- do not waste your money!!!

We were greeted with open arms and a "Welcome Home!" attitude from all the staff. We had our own personal concierge, Duran, who provided excellent service. Our two bedroom, 2 bath villa had a beautiful view of the Caribbean and pools and our own personal maid each day. Wow!
Our 1st vacation in Mexico and certainly not the last. Thank you Royal Mayan.

We visited The Royal Mayan in Feb. we had a great time. The villas were very nice and clean. The service we recieved from the staff at the resort was excellent. We also used Thomas More to book our adventures and recieved great service from them also. The views were awesome from our room. We are in the process of planning our next trip.

This was our first time and all we can say is WOW!!!!!!We had an incredible vacation.we snorkled,zip lined ,swam with the dolphins,and most important we relaxed while swimming and sunbathing on the beach.the swim up beverage bars were no slackers either. We began planning our next vacation on the plane ride home
