i loooved the location, and how u could runn to another hotel in a matter of minuites. i lovvved the service, and the people were sooo nice, the people i met there had soo much funaswell.. i loved that you could play soccer on the beach, then jump in the pool, thennn play tennis, then go for a nice dinner!! it was so fun, i want to go back this spring break

The place was very nice. Great location, right on the beach. The room was clean, the other facilities (pool, gym, game room) were also clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful. I would recommend this to everyone especially if you have kids, lots of activities to do. We always felt safe there.

We have visited Ixtapa once or twice a year since 1992. Each time, we have stayed at this property. The service is great, the staff have become like family, and we are welcomed with hugs and smiles each year. Ixtapa is clean and safe. Shopping is within walking distance.
