The most irritating aspect of staying here was that this was a Hyatt when we booked (in Nov. '08) and things promised (through Expedia) somehow did not get transferred, so we had to argue with the check-in people. As this was a honeymoon visit, it would not have taken much to make me happy. We both were very pleased from the moment we walked into the lobby. We had a great room (not the best nor was it needed) very comfortable and with a king bed. First look on the balconey...huge lizard below on a stone wall. GREAT! The peacock were friendly and even ate out of our hands. Hotel staf were helpful and courtous. Would love to return for another visit!

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and reserved a room with a king bed and private balcony. When we arrived, the room had 2 standard beds, and the hotel made no attempt honor our room request. They were willing to give us a king bed, but only if we upgraded and paid an extra $150 per night.
