We stayed 10 days in this hotel. The service and food were excellent. When we were there we took a walk along the cancun shoreline. The beach is by far the best in Cancun. When you on the hotel grounds, you are secluded. If your looking for a quiet vacation this is it. When you want some action - shopping, dancing, restaurants etc ... are all within a short cab ride away. We highly recommend this hotel.

Perhaps one of the best features of the Hyatt Cancun Caribe is it`s location. It is close enough to shopping areas, the downtown district, and the airport, yet far enough away to enjoy some seclusion. Wow!When I went to Mexico, I stayed in the Hyatt and everything was wonderful. The service was excellent and the view was absolutely gorgeous. i loved staying in the Presidential Suite, next time I go back you know where I`ll be staying!!

After staying at two different hotels this was by far the BEST!!! Very clean, exceptional view!! Beach was beautiful!! Clean compared to the other two we were at prior to this.
We went down without our kids and we will be returning with them next time!!
