I loved the view of the pool and ocean from the room. The beds were so hard that we only slept 3-4 hours from tossing and turning all night. We had to go next door to Playa Grande to get a massage, since no spa at this hotel. August is a bad time to go to Cabo! Only 10 people at the most out by the pool and the Marlin restraurant had only 3 couples there.

The view & location are great, but the hotel itself is less than diserable.
The crowd were rude drunks. While I like to throw down tequila with the best of them, the slobs that stay here grossed me out.
The pool area was filled with empty bottles & cans. There were lime wedges floating in the pool.
We went next door & used the pool at Playa Grande, clean & much nicer.

The hotel it is not all inclusive so save a few dollars but the view is awesome,staff is very friendly and attentive,bilingual.The hotel does dollar exchange.Private beach 3 resorts was nice, not crowded.
