Room was ok except the fact that the air condition made only a lot of noise but did not cool the air. Thanks to the staff we got some help in the form of ventilators. The beds were small and uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The bathrooms were quite small; smaller than a motel. The interior colors were ugly. The hotel turned off the electricity in the middle of the night and I had a difficult time using the bathroom since it was so dark. The hotel was very noisy. They should at least replace the windows to be sound proof.

Hotel was cozy and small. Bathroom at lobby was stinky. You have to pay for hotel parking all day for $12CA, it was a bit expensive. You might find other and better location to park other than the parking at this hotel. The hotel service was OK for this price. Room was small, clean and nice view. You heard crazy people shouting in late night. This hotel is the best for who want shopping.

1) I like the hotel itself, the hall and outlook looks grand to me, however the service and the safety awareness is not meeting my expectations. The car park location and safty is not so secure and clean.

From the moment we arrived until departure we were treated wonderfully. Excellent service. Friendly and warm! Resturant staff was great

The location of this Hotel was convenient, however, the bedding was not clean. I got the impression that the sheets and pillow cases were not changed from the previous guest. I liked the size of the room; the bathroom was clean, and the shuttle service to the Airport was convenient.

This Holiday Inn is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver within walking distance to food, entertainment, shopping and other things.

Fitness center in the hotel was adequate and there is a gym 2 minutes walk from the hotel where you can get a temporary membership.

Facility and the services are good. Convienent location. Room's clean and well-maintained.

The wall's kind of thin and you can hear almost everything from the room next to you, including the TV. Maybe we had an exceptionally loud neighbor?

I think it's worth the money you paid for. Personally I will try somewhere else next time. And I'll definitely go a rating star higher if I'm not on a budget.

I liked the location. This Hotel is close to Granville Street for the Bus. Close to Hornby Street for the Ferry to Granville Island, and most of all walking distance from Robson Street for Shopping and Dining.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this Hotel and would stay there again.
