Just awfulThe front desk was not polite nor did they have good customer service skills. We were staying in Eau Claire for almost 2 weeks and every night we had to get our room keys rekeyed because they were not working. The lady that did this was rude and asked us to make sure again that they didn't work before she would rekey them. This happened every ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Poor Phone PersonalityI had a reservation set up here for 2 nights but had to cancel it due to poor weather conditions. I'm a night owl, so I called to do this during *my* usual business hours, about 1:50 am. I said "I have reservations Friday and Saturday night that I have to cancel."

Lacks cleaniness! The carpet looked cleaner then the bedding.This place was gross. Our bed sheets were discolored and had marker scribbles on them and some small holes.The blankets were tucked in all the way around the bed. After I saw the sheets I decided to sleep on top of the blankets. There was a bunch of soap scum build up on our shower walls. I saw some hair in the bottom of the tub.
