This hotel is beautiful. I would recommend. I stayed here on business and to my surprise this hotel was great. Clean with all the ammenities, staff is professional and helpful. There are tons of resturants near plus a fulll service resturant on site.

This hotel was in a great location. It had easy on/off access to I-81. There were two gas stations and restaurants within a block. The Martinsburg Mall was about a mile away with lots of eateries and strip malls between the hotel and mall. It took 30 minutes, if that, to get to Charles Town. This was a great place to stay. The rooms looked just like they did in the pictures. The bathroom was nice and most importantly clean. They are doing some renovations and I can't wait to see it when it is finished. The staff was so nice and friendly. Everything was clean. Must try the french toast! Overall it was a great experience. Will stay there again.

I have stayed in may hotels over the years and I have found the Holiday Inn Martinsburg to be one of the best! The service stands out the most. The front desk staff was attentive to every need and went the extra mile to provide service that was beyond expectation! Heatherfields served a delicious breakfast as well. We will be sure to return on our next visit!
