I stayed here in June 2007 on my way to Sitka, AK and had a very good night's rest. The front desk staff was terrific even though I had arrived late.
Location was a bit of a problem. Quite a drive from the airport, and WATCH OUT: there are two Red Lion hotels near the Seattle airport.
Great price from priceline.
Overall, it fit my needs just fine.

They are currently remodeling, and I will give them that.........However, the bathroom was one of the worst I've ever been in. I was with a large group with a total of 13 rooms. Half of our group left after two days. The door locks would not open and the front desk staff was rude. With that said, my stay was nice. Rooms are small but clean and the bathrooms are well stocked. Easy freeway access but in an industy area.

I used this hotel as it was the pick up point for the trip I was starting.
I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, after phoning twice, and being told it would be with me within half an hour.

Hotel is older but clean. Staff was friendly, parking was free and since we were leaving for a vacation in Mexico, long term perking was provided at a reasonable rate with airport shuttle both ways.
