After reading various reviews on the internet we had rather low expectations going in. Service and Comfort really surprised us!
Staff was attentive, rooms were clean.
we had a great view and really enjoyed the free breakfast, which included Bacon, eggs and Biscuits and Gravy.

I phoned to make reservations and got "Linda', not only was she unhelpful but unfriendly and RUDE! This is not the place we were hoping for.
The front desk staff is rude and do not like it when you ask questions. The staff is NOT kid friendly! The rooms smell musty hard to get house keeping. The breakfast of sweet rolls, cereal and bagels is in a nice big room which is a plus.

We had complaints all weekend -

wrong rates which were corrected...wrong type of room which was not corrected...promised changes never happened...no maid service on Saturday which they never offered to correct...desk staff rude to members of the party...desk staff changed stories when confronted...not one problem was attempted to be ...

Go to this place every year. Low price, nice continential breakfast. They have fireplaces, and great ocean views. Highly recommend staying there if you are on a budget.
