Needs some work

I booked my wedding reception at the Sheraton Park South and found that our room accomodations for that weekend were not worth the market prices. We booked a junior suite and due to a reservations error, could not stay in 1 room for both nights, we had to move rooms.

Nice for the excercise conscious traveler

Nice room and excercise ammenities. The service was adequate and there were plenty of choices for entretainment and dinner nearby. Location is a bit more south of RIchmond than I like, but not bad at all given the very nice surroundings in the back of the hotel (running trails and ponds).

I liked the type of atmosphere. The rooms were ok. I mean they were nice but they weren`t the best. I would come back but I wouldn`t tell my friends about it.

Restaurant Needs Work

Does this only happen to me? Waitress seats me for the Breakfast Buffet and gives me an orange juice, then dissapears. I would have loved a glass of water or a refill on the orange juice, but she ignores me like I am not even there. the other waiter seats peoplenext to me, notices that I have nothing to drink, but goes back to chatting at the ...

Upset over their reservations

Nice hotel overall, however when booked through their reservations system, advised of certain features the room would have. Reservations made 3 days prior to travel. After arrival, not told of the change until I got inside the room. Apologetic after the fact, but still did not give me the room I had reserved. Discount was given to make me "feel good", but the price wasn't the issue.
