I will stay again!

I was a little cautious because of the other reviews, but figured they were so long ago, things had to be better. I was right, the cost was medium and the experience was above average. I did not experience any of the service or cleanliness issues people had in the past. Every thing was better than expected.

I staryed in your hotel (clarion) on May 27 thru 29th. I was my first choose after checking in and out of the Econ Lounge before entering the room. I thought the Clarion will be more caring.
On Saturday night early morning I experience a loud knocking noise in the air vent, so I turned it off call the front desk and was told security will be up ...

I agree with the previous review, except that my experience was not quite as bad. This hotel really, really needs a housekeeping staff. The rooms are not properly cleaned.

The hotel has a problem with cleanliness. The sink drain in the bathroom had a plumbing problem, it smelled like sewage. The room itself had pet hair and pet feces on the floor. I had to get another room and the TV in that room didn't work properly, however maintenance did come to fix the TV. Overall, the hotel need major renovations and a new housekeeping staff. My experience was horrific. Wouldn't stay there in the future.
