First, the good: The check-in staff were pleasant and efficient. Now the rest...The room was in excess of 77 degrees and humid when I checked in-no problem, why cool an unrented room? Except that it was still 77 degrees 5 hours later! Called the desk. Nice maintenance guy came up, verified that the unit was working, but could be cooler, offered ...
This hotel is in need of major renovations and does represent the quality one expects from the Holiday Inn brand well at all. The furnishings, chairs and carpet are old, dingy and stained. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until some much needed and long overdue improvements are made.

The had the reservation totally screwed up when we checked in. Even with the confirmation the woman stated she didn't know what to do. That should have been a cue of what was to come. We stayed in Bldg. #2 for 5 nights and we would have done better in a tent. We had no towels the first three days. They did; however, immediately bring ...

Have stayed there on first March weekend for past several years for the Cabin Fever Pickin' Party bluegrass music event. It's Always a treat! I get a room on the Concierge Level (4th floor), The staff is friendly, attentive and diligent, the rooms are always been spotless and comfortable, and the Internet service is easy and fast. The ...
Aside from the staff, who were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was old, dingy, and certainly not a three star hotel. Our "non-smoking" room smelled like old, stale cigarette smoke. The rugs were dirty and damp. There was even a stain in the rug that looked like something out of a crime scene! This hotel has potential, but the rugs ...
Had a handicap room that was anything but handicap friendly. No handicap bars going into the bathroom. The first bars you encounter are across the bathroom by the toilet and then in the shower. You might kill yourself trying to get were the bars were. The bathroom & shower floors were very slick. Would have been a whole lot better if they would ...
Well I was given a price of $63.00 & when I read my bank account they charged $90.00 to it.. They would not back out the amount at all, so basically I have to shell out $30.00 more dollars than quoted.. The manger when I called didn't seem to give to cents about it.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone....

I left after one night of a three week stay. The rooms were filthy, bathrooms disgusting and dead bugs around. I doubt the place had been cleaned in months. stay next door for less and get a heck of a lot more
